Accuracy is primarily ensured by using a gravimetric (weighing) system that incorporates high-precision load cells integrated into the bag support frame. This allows the PLC to monitor material weight in real-time, shutting off the feeder precisely when the target weight is reached, resulting in ±0.25% - 0.5% accuracy.

A bulk bag filler is a heavy-duty industrial system used to automatically load powders, granules, or flakes into Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBCs).
