The rotary kiln is mainly composed of the feeding system, rotating drum, furnace core, inlet and outlet chamber, sealing structure, transmission mechanism, rotation mechanism, frame, heating system, temperature measurement, pressure measurement components and pipelines, instruments, valves, and electrical control part etc.
Features:
1 High efficiency, energy saving, no pollution.
2 Operating temperature can reach 900-1100 degrees.
3 Heat carrier: hot air, flue gas, etc.
4 Heat source: steam, electricity, natural gas or other industrial waste heat, etc.
Scope Of Application
HYG Rotary kiln is mainly used for activation, crystalline transformation, oxidation, pyrolysis, reduction, halogenation, sulfurization and other processes. It is widely used in the production of special materials in petrochemical, inorganic chemical, lithium electricity, catalysts, metallurgy, construction and other industries. It can also be used for environmental hazardous waste treatment and other materials that need to be roasted in the atmosphere environment.
Working Principle
The powder enters the drum evenly through a screw feeder or a chute, and is sent to the heating section for roasting by multiple spiral guide plates at the feeding end of the drum (to allow the material to enter the roasting zone quickly). The material rotates and moves in the drum, and the temperature rises continuously. The volatile components such as moisture in the material are also continuously removed and enter the roasting section. The material meets the roasting requirements at the set roasting temperature and required time. The heat for material heating and moisture evaporation comes from contact heat transfer with the high-temperature drum wall (inter-wall heat transfer) and radiation heat transfer from the high-temperature drum wall to the material and the air in the drum, among which contact heat transfer with the drum wall is the main source.
